- As a member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, you'll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
- You'll have the opportunity to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- You'll be responsible for preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets, all while providing exceptional customer service.
- You'll communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer.
- You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to customers and stakeholders alike.
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in customer service or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks + Familiarity with airline operations and customer service procedures
