We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.</p> <p>We are continuing to grow our Content Production team and are currently seeking a <strong>Freelance Producer</strong> <strong>based in Guangzhou/Shanghai</strong> to coordinate local photo and video shoots.<strong><br><br>Your impact:</strong></p> <ul><li>Source and communicate with models, production teams, and location partners.</li><li>Manage shoots end-to-end: from pre-production to on-set execution.</li><li>Create clear briefs for shoot participants and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare references and mood boards for upcoming shoots.</li></ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul><li>1+ year of experience in production or shoot coordination</li><li><strong>Proven experience running full-cycle shoots (China-based)</strong></li><li>Confident English (Upper-Intermediate+) and fluent Ukrainian</li><li>Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets & Docs to keep everything structured</li><li>Sharp research skills: finding the right people, locations, and vendors fast</li><li>Strong communicator who can align teams and keep things moving</li><li>Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and get things done</li></ul> <p><strong>Will be a plus:</strong></p> <ul><li>Working proficiency in Mandarin.</li><li>Strong visual taste with a keen eye for social media trends.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Notion and basic knowledge of Figma.<br></li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>🤝 Referral program:</strong> Know someone who’s a great fit?
