Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and navigating our website seamlessly. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer care, has excellent communication skills, and is available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and professional phone interactions
- Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions
- Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds
- Develop expertise in navigating the arenaflex website to assist customers
- Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits
- Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information
- Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered)
- Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions
- Knowledge of arenaflex products
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Successful completion of all required training programs is essential to maintain the role and ensure continued professional growth and development

Training and Development
