Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and problem-solving
- Setting up new clients as needed and maintaining their accounts
- Handling exception calls and providing support to sales reps as needed
- Processing standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions
- Processing exceptions into the Case module as needed
- Creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and reshipping items as required
- Processing freight claims and pursuing payment from the carrier
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor
- High school diploma or better
- Detail-oriented and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
