We&#8217;re a lean, outcome-focused team.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We&#8217;re hiring a Media Buyer / Account Manager with proven home-services lead-gen experience. You&#8217;ll own campaign performance, communicate clearly with clients, and turn data into actionable recommendations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Optimize and scale campaigns (Google Ads and Meta required; other networks a plus)</li> <li>Build and launch new campaigns from scratch</li> <li>Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues</li> <li>Analyze performance and provide next-step testing ideas</li> <li>Prepare client-facing reports and written explanations of results</li> <li>Advise on strategy to improve CPL/CPA and lead quality</li> </ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of media buying experience</li> <li>Must have: home-services lead-generation experience (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, renovations, windows, lawn care, pest control, etc.)</li> <li>Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads</li> <li>Solid understanding of conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting</li> <li>Excellent English writing, spelling, and grammar (native not required if writing reads native-level)</li> <li>Self-starter, detail-oriented, accountable, comfortable in lean teams</li> </ul> <p>Location &amp; Work Hours</p> <ul> <li>Fully remote; no location or time-zone restrictions</li> <li>Flexible schedule; outcomes over hours</li> </ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Target: up to $4,000/month</li> <li>Flexible for an exceptional candidate</li> </ul> <p>Interview Process</p> <p>Interview with recruiting team (video shared with client)<br /> Technical interview with client<br /> Paid sample project ($500 for :48 hours)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
