Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Job Applications Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Searching high-quality job boards, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and BuiltIn, for specific job titles and locations
  • Creating and maintaining a shared Google Sheet to track job applications, including the URL, job details, and submission date/time
  • Applying for job openings using the provided email address, resume information, and answers to Q&A sections
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of applications, with a focus on meeting productivity targets
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and relevance in job applications, adhering to arenaflex's standards and requirements

Productivity Targets and Compensation

Your success as a Data Entry Specialist will be measured by your ability to find and submit job applications within a set timeframe. You will be paid $30 per hour for meeting the target of 3 job applications per hour. However, if you exceed this target and submit 4 or more relevant job applications per hour, your hourly rate will increase to $40. Payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into the shared Google Sheet.
