Job Type and Working Hours

We're seeking a Full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities
