Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Information Extraction and Reporting

• Extract and compile data from various sources into comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems to support business operations.

Information Perception and Visualization

• Design and create visually appealing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data visualization is clear, concise, and actionable, empowering informed decision-making across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
• Provide expertise and guidance on data-related projects and initiatives, driving business growth and innovation.

Information Quality Assurance and Integrity

• Execute thorough quality control processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
• Identify potential data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms.

• 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and reporting projects.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stacks.

• Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (4+ years).
