Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and efficient support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, and general assistance
