You will own the strategy and execution for acquiring and growing major corporate accounts, overseeing successful onboarding and implementation of Dentally, and acting as a key partner to our most valued clients. You’ll be the face of Henry Schein One for our highest value accounts, ensuring delivery of high-impact, high-value relationships that fuel long-term success and retention.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h2>What you'll do </h2><ul><li>Drive the acquisition of high-value corporate accounts across the UK dental market</li><li>Lead the successful rollout and implementation of Dentally within large, multi-site organisations</li><li>Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor for our strategic and marquee clients</li><li>Own the overall project management of key workstreams and initiatives with major clients</li><li>Align internal teams to deliver coordinated and consistent experiences across onboarding, support, product, and commercial</li><li>Develop strategic account plans focused on growth, customer success, and retention</li><li>Monitor performance, proactively identify risks or opportunities, and deliver quarterly business reviews with clients</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to escalate feedback and influence roadmap priorities for key accounts</li><li>Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with account goals and our strategic positioning</li><li>Represent Henry Schein One at industry events, client forums, and key decision-maker meetings</li><li>Track and report on account health, growth opportunities, and engagement using CRM and reporting tools</li></ul><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">· </span></p><p></p><p></p><h2>What you’ll bring with you</h2><p></p><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">· 6+</span> years’ experience managing enterprise or corporate accounts in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment</p><ul><li>Experience writing and winning complex tenders. </li><li>Proven success in securing, onboarding, and growing large B2B client relationships</li><li>Strong project and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience delivering complex rollouts across multi-site organisations</li><li>Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across departments</li><li>High commercial acumen, with experience negotiating large-scale contracts and renewal agreements</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C-suite presentation capability</li><li>Highly organised, self-managing, and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail</li><li>Confident, credible and customer-obsessed, with the ability to build trusted long-term relationships</li><li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot and Jira) and account planning frameworks</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2>Diversity at Henry Schein One</h2><p></p><p>Diversity at Henry Schein One is all about you being you.
