• *The Role**

We're looking for a seasoned Fintech Advisor to join us in a strategic advisory capacity. This is a revenue-sharing and equity-based role, with no fixed salary. You'll advise on business development, product-market positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy across our portfolio of fintech engagements. This role is ideal for someone with deep domain expertise in financial services and fintech who wants to back high-potential ventures with their knowledge and network — and share in the upside.

• *What You'll Do
• Advise on product strategy, market entry, and positioning for payment, lending, banking, and blockchain products
• Open doors to banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and strategic partners through your existing network
• Guide compliance and regulatory considerations across jurisdictions
• Help evaluate and shape new portfolio opportunities
• Contribute to client acquisition and deal structuring
• Provide strategic input on API design, platform architecture, and integration partnerships where relevant
• *What We're Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, lending, or blockchain
• Strong network across financial institutions, fintech founders, investors, or regulators
• Track record of advisory, consulting, or C-level roles in the financial services or fintech ecosystem
• Understanding of payment rails, open banking, lending infrastructure, or DeFi/blockchain systems
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, builder-oriented environment with high ownership
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders

• Equity participation in portfolio companies based on advisor-company fit and contribution
