- *Role Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end healthcare workflows across clinical, RCM, and payer systems
- Describe data flow across systems (intake → processing → decision → output)
- Provide structured, step-by-step workflow breakdowns (e.g., prior auth, imaging review, claims adjudication)
- Identify decision points, compliance requirements, and edge cases
- Evaluate expected capabilities of healthcare professionals using each system
- Produce clear, detailed workflow writeups within defined time constraints
- *Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one healthcare system (RCM, clinical, pharmacy, or payer platforms)
- Background in clinical care, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or payer administration
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and data flows
- Ability to articulate detailed, real-world workflows (not just features)
- Clear, structured written communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently
